Tree Tops Chemist warehouse Staff on late Friday, please be aware that you have acted irresponsibly concerning my son’s wellbeing. We came to you to fill a script after a specialist GP made a plan to help my son. You, however, preached “duty of care” and refused care for him. You are careless. We filled the same script immediately at another Chemist. Through your bad judgement you could have endangered my son. Shame on you. You are worse than inept. You should, and hopefully will, be dealt with.

I always find everything in this place. Staff is amazing and truly helpful.

Came here to collect my order online 5 days ago and the lady in the counter just assumed I work for Doordash because I'm brown. Do better Chemist warehouse. smh

Keen to visit a place where customer service involves looking the other way.Or perhaps a place where sticking shelves takes precedent over allowing customers to access them.Best part is when it comes time to actually part with your money, the ‘customer service’ team are having a very important huddle in the corner.Must pay peanuts because they attract……

If I could write is zero star review I would, Bethany and Sarah. Sarah. Being the pharmacist refused to except my script for my medication in which was my last resort. I would not recommend this place to nobody terrible customer service let alone rude staff. These people are useless. I’ve been to several chemist warehouse and by far these people have been the worst to deal with

I do t usually write reviews, but when a couple of other people I know had the same experience I decided to share.We have a raft of reasons to visit a pharmacy & generally drop off in excess of quadruple the average persons spend. I don’t want special treatment but some sort of service would be nice. Pharmacist couldn’t have been more rude if she tried. Plenty of other chemists nearby, make use of them

Got told 30 minutes is a standard wait time for a basic script when every previous time has taken 5 minutes. The man I dealt with was a liar, passive aggressive and looked like he had zinc all over his face for some weird reason. Getting told the standard" wait time of 30 minutes was due to staff shortages is a slap in the face when I literally applied for a position as a pharmacy assistant weeks ago and never got a response! Disgusting business practices. Had to go home without my medicine as I have responsibilities and can't afford to sit around looking at my hands for half an hour like the staff there seemed to be doing"

They didn’t have the product on the shelf that said in stock online. When I asked a staff member for help they said “are you sure you want me to check out back for your product, it may take a long time for me to look”
