Needed washing machine hose hooked up at elderly parents new house as we live hours away. They canceled twice after due time. Outsourced next time. Told them to call when they arrived at the gated community. No call but they went in and found the unit. We were going to given them instructions and the unit number when they called. Somehow they found the unit. They looked at the washing machine, put it through a cycle and left. Parent went into the laundry after he left to find it flooded. Brand new timber floors have now soaked up water. Called the number to find out what happened and they had no response.Lucky there was no charge except the call out fee which needs to be refunded.Do Not Recommend at all.

Terrible service, charged $140 call out fee to provide a quote of $2,000 to connect a BBQ to natural gas when I already have the conversion kit and bayonet.On top of that they only came on the 3rd scheduled visit after being too late to attend the first 2 and then being late for the 3rd also.Just overall terrible service and really just a way to rip you off $140 with no intention of doing the work.

Totally ripped off, definitely not recommended.They charge $141.90 for call out fee to book a technician, Technician who arrived on-site doesn’t have much experience and completely ripped off, I have gas leakage issues and even technician doesn’t investigate it properly and give me a quote of $739.9 to check leakage. Then why they are charging for one time fee for nothing and also unreasonable quotes as well as. Spammers-5 rating, definitely book a local technician or plumber.
