Sydney Bed and Sofa

She Approached me to buy my brand new lounge for $900 (cost 5800) from a listing I posted so I had it ready for her drivers" in my lobby she messaged me saying they would be 40 minutes late so I went upstairs and left the lounge in my lobby and when I went back down stairs 40 minutes later my couch was gone.I think this is a obvious "quick flip" business where they buy bargain priced used and most times defective or soiled furniture from gumtree and FB and resell it for new prices from a "showroom" that provably resembles council kerbside trash piles.I'll stay clear but I'd say it's only a matter of time before these guys get their karma from either a tax department audit or someone with a petrol can and a box of matches..Grubs."

We had a very bad experience with them. From the items we bought two of them were the wrong ones (wrong size) or incomplete (half of the packages missing). We asked to take those items back, but only one was taken. The other one we were supposed to send back ourselves or the owner would have replace it with one we did not want.The worst of it is the owner and her attitude though. She seems just out for money. The whole store and her operations are very dodgy. Packages delivered were already open and broken, quality was bad and all we got for this were arguments over the phone. Customer support close to zero. There was no decent receipt or tax invoice for the items we got. I believe her operations does make a stop at the tax office.Never again and I would suggest to anyone to keep away from that store.

Don’t even waste your time coming here. You can’t even see the furniture properly because everything is on top of each other. The service was absolute garbage.

Worst furniture seller I've been to in this world. 世界上最差的家具店! The lady is rude and impatient. Keeps shouting at customers. She keeps urging me to buy more. If I don't buy or want to take a moment to think about it she would shout at me and insult me. The product is of poor quality. Won't send on time. Scheduled delivery time 7pm but kept me waiting till 11pm. One item missing. She said she would redeliver the washing machine on Wednesday morning but waited till afternoon without any messages. I texted her and she said she won't deliver it to me she just can't. I just wait at home she didn't care. if I don't want to wait she will refund me. I immediately requested refund and waited till evening when she finally refunded me. The sofa was so bad that she claimed it's 2 meters wide but in actual it's only 1.75m. The nuts and sofa legs doesn't fit each other. She doesn't care and doesn't believe it. She told me it was my problem and I don't know how to use sofa. She just said if she were to send someone to fix it for me I need to pay her 100 dollars, 50 for the fix and 50 for transport (the sofa it self was 160 dollars). WARNINGS DONT COME HERE AT ALL. THIS STORE SHOULD DISAPPEAR.

extremly rude and poor service! particular at the bankstown store (85 Bankstown City Plaza). Ads seem fraudulant as well. Agree with so many other similar posts, and the sales guys there better learn how to respect others first. No point wasting time going there.

The Chinese lady working over there doesn’t have manners, how to speak with customers. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all. This is second hand store, Seems fraud!

We waited from 5pm till 11pm for delivery. Kept telling us would be at our place very soon. When we bought the beds, they promised to buy back at half price. But when I approached them again, we were denied for no reason. Empty promise. Not trust worthy at all.

She was smoking when we were inspecting the furniture, and was shouting and very rude. She will close and open the shop any time. Went 3 times and finally shop was open at 4th time.Not welcoming behaviour. All are cheap and used products but priced like a branded showroom.

I wish I see those review before I buy from them. Horrible experience. The lady is exceptionally rude. Poor quality at the same time.
