Perfection and excellence

After 7 months our pool is finally complete. It’s been a roller coaster without the excitement.It started out fast pace, the dig out and the shell spray. Then at this stage due to a combination of delays, our coping tile was laid nearly 3 months later, at the incorrect height agreed to days prior with the site manager. This resulted in the tradesman, that didn’t get the message having to undo his work and start again and delaying our pool that we started on first week of July even further.Once replaced we were looking at mid to late October to concrete our surrounds, to only have to cancel our concreter due to the unfinished coping tiles.Then we completed all our work on surrounding tiles, fencing etc. They fitted us in for Pebble Crete pretty quickly, exciting but just like the staff quoted “the cowboys” that spray the pebble Crete made a mess of all surrounding area windows, tiles, 4 day old pool fence and even managed to break fence palings in the process.The staff have made an effort to clean the mess up however not to standard and I have given up trying to get L&V Pools to clean up there trades mess.All in all our experience has been long and painful, missing half of summer, after being quoted 6-8 week completion and to be blown out to 7 months and having to clean the mess up behind them.

We had our first pool built by L & V pools and have been really impressed with the whole process. Josh did an amazing job managing our pool build. Everything went so smoothly and we couldn't how quickly everything was done. Would highly recommend them.

From start to well after the pool was finished the service from L & V has been fantastic. Not only do we love our fully tiled pool but as a first time pool owner Josh from L & V has continued to provide support and assistance for several months. I would highly recommend L & V pools!
