Greenhouse the Bathhouse
Booked in for massages for my husband and I and we were blown away! From the moment we walked in, we felt instant relaxation and bliss. The staff were super attentive and welcoming. The massages were up there with some of the best we have had. Unfortunately we didn't have time to soak, but we are already planning our next visit and cannot wait to return!

A much needed soak and relax was all I expected and more.From the moment we arrived the customer service was fantastic.Lunch was delicious - recommend you choose this option!Clean and welcoming, the ambiance is calming, the music adds to it all.Thanks to every staff member you were all so so lovely and kind !

It was my first experience of a soak & I loved it. Such a beautiful way to spend a drizzly day....pampering yourself. Loved the atmosphere...very relaxing & nuturing. My body & mind needed it that's for sure. Lunch was absolutely delicious. I saw near the end some extras I could add on so wish I had known about these earlier, so will definitely do that next time. I'll be back. Thank you

Booked in for a massage, soak and facemask and was not disappointed. The staff were very pleasant and made the experience all the more special. My partner loved his massage, however mine was on the weaker side despite prompting the masseuse to go harder. We went at peak hour on Sunday so wasn’t expecting the place to ourselves but it was slightly busy with only small steam and sauna rooms. Overall we loved it will come back next time visiting!

Good for value Spa. Overall experience was good. You get access to use the different facilities within the spa at your own leisure. Layout was a little weird with the jacuzzi being right next to reception. Could do with slight upkeep/maintenance/refresh to keep it looking fresh.

The overall experience was relaxing and I really enjoyed that it wasn't over booked so each area felt chilled. The only feedback is that maintenance definitely needs to happen a few areas need repairs. The sauna had loose wood panels and rust in the outdoor pool area. I suggest taking a spare towel as only 1 is provided for free.

I had the best experience today at this bathhouse. Their facilities are top notch and it wasnt busy so it felt intimate and nice. I have to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Caitlin (sorry unsure of spelling), for the most powerful emotional release ive had in years after her signature massage. Pysically, it did wonders, and emotionally, I had so many realisations about what i need to be doing for myself. I felt so looked after, i will definitely be returning ☺️

Just updating my review. Still 5 stars! Still just as amazing service and lovely caring staff. Instant relaxation hits you the second you walk in and doesnt leave you even after you walk out. Great facilities, never over crowded so you dont feel rushed or like you can't use the facilities as you wish. Amazing experience. I drive over an hour to use this particular business, would recommend to any and everybody!

I have been here a couple of times and love the instant feeling of relaxation that you feel when you enter. The staff are kind and friendly. Sadly, we’ve had trouble parking both times, so you would need to allow time to walk from a local side street. The variety in teas is divine. The outdoor shower area is beautiful. I love the differentiation between the two spas, but sadly, you have to keep your voices to a whisper as they are sandwiched between the reception desks and the massage rooms. I’d still return, it’s a great way to detox and relax and good value for money
