Had a fantastic experience yesterday from the trainee Manager Pamela whilst returning a Christmas gift - she could not have done more to be helpful and patient - an excellent retail experience.

We took a watch back here for a repair under the warranty. Absolutely fantastic service by Joe. Thank you. 100% recommend this store. We will definitely return when we are ready for another purchase

Went into this store looking to purchase a wedding ring set.When I first walked in i noticed two staff members one sitting down and the other standing in the middle of the jewelry section after about 2-3 minutes they said a simple hello and went back to their conversationI amlesley walked around the store looking at the wedding rings that were located in a few different windows.After about 10 minutes I made my way to the counter windows right infront of them.Still neither bothered to ask if I needed help or would i like to look at a piece of jewelry, even what i was there for or of I was happy just browsing.I was interested in a set around the $12,000 range but I decided instead of spending my money at this jeweler where staff are too busy with their own conversation to barely even acknowledge customers looking at spending thousands of dollars that I would take my business else where.Went just down the centre and spent my money!I also told the staff if they were not so rude and had decided not to ignore me I would have spent thousands on rings and that I was going else where" they just blankly glared at me still nothing to say!!Not saying all the staff at this store are so rude but these 2 were."

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible experiences both times I've been there, as well as the phone calls. The staff fumble around and clearly haven't had adequate training.

I would really like to thank you for the work you put into actually rebuilding and fixing my mum's 67year old engagement ring. She looks at it everyday and remembers my dad.
