I have been very pleased with the sales and after sales support provided by Australian Campers. They delivered the van on time, did a very thorough handover and have been very helpful and responsive with any questions / issues we faced after pick up and while on the road.

Booked a caravan through Camplify from Australian Campers 12 months ago. Paid 50% deposit and all was good. Four weeks ago the other half of the deposit was taken and I then rang Aust Camper they advised me all was good to go. Then on Monday THREE DAYS before Easter Aust Camper rang me up said the van you had booked had been sold ... bad luck. I advised them I had booked it 12 months ago I rang you and paid you and not once did you tell me there was a problem.So you waited till three days before I was due to take my family away for a holiday. What a low act. Yes I did get a full refund from Camplify but now I am at home with 3 disappointed children for Easter. What a terrible experience and even worse for the kids.
