My partner and I decided to do a couples relaxation massage on our holiday thinking it would be a good experience. It wasn't.We booked for 90 minutes and within 5 minutes we were ready to leave.Quite adrupt staff who didn't let us explain fully our areas of soreness or previous injuries before massage.Holy hell then came the pain, it felt like getting drilled my knuckles. Very very painful and the more we made what we thought obvious noises of discomfort the worse it got. To the point I had to stop the massage multiple times to tell them that we booked a relaxation massage and to be gentle as they were hurting us.After wards I noticed my skin starting to break out in a rash as they didn't ask us about allergies and any pre questionaires. Also the bruising both me and my partner ended up being bruised and left very tender to even move.Definitely do not recommend, especially not for $230!!!

I had the BEST massage of my life. I didn’t catch the ladies name but my praise comes with the highest regards. I have a chronic pain condition and get a massage every week. I’m in Melbourne on holiday and was having a bad flare up. I could barely walk when coming in. I usually find massages painful but get some relief. Any of the pain I felt in my massage only felt like corrective pressure rather than the agony I’m usually in. The rest is the massage was blissfully relaxing. So talented. Cannot recommend more highly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My partner booked us a 'relaxation' massage a few days ago. Started off with knees in my back and vice like thumbs into my legs. No questions were asked about firmness levels before it started. The masseuses were asked to stop as it was extremely painful experience. Still very sore 3 days later.

I’ve been booked for couple massages last week.When I spoke with receptionist on the phone she said for Pen Pen signature is including warm oil.And I requested experience therapist.But when I get there. My therapist wasn’t the person that I requested.The therapist who gave me massage she has not much experience,I didn’t feel relaxed at all and the oil was cold.(As I said before, this package come with warm oil??)She used her elbow to press my back and shoulder. It was horrible.I feel so painful in the next day.Not worth $220 // not even worth for free.

Yessss, 5 stars! So happy with the 1 hour remedial massage I had here today! My back and shoulders feel looser than they have in a very long time. I have recurring mid-back issues and very tight shoulders and lower neck, which all feel so much better! The masseuse was highly skilled, listened to what I asked for and focused on those areas the most, gave feedback during the session about what she could feel in my back and gave a very firm massage like I had asked for, from start to finish. Again, very skilled in her application and muscle awareness. I also had a great 15 minute remedial massage earlier in the week with another masseuse too. The reception staff are also very lovely and welcoming. I was offered complimentary tea or water on both visits. They accept cash, card ($2 surcharge) or direct bank transfer. They accept walk-ins if they have a time slot available, but calling ahead is a good idea as they seem to be quite busy. It was the perfect thing to do between trains - so close to southern cross station (where I rented a luggage locker for $10, which gave me up to 3hrs of no baggage.) So glad I went. It cost $105. Worth it!
