Thank you Cynthia for the Amazing customer service, she went above and beyond to arrange the needed product from Airco despite they are on back orders. She managed to arrange the supplies needed for the tools, despite I've been trying for weeks. Total tools should be proud to have an amazing hardworking employee like Cynthia caring for their customers and providing beyond excellence customers care. Really i am greatly appreciated for the amazing service she has done, once again Thank you.

Extremely bad service Auburn and Bankstown stores. Very uncooperative & rude services. I took my electric under warranty saw to be repaired with them after 2-4 months still no news call them up they still don’t know what is going on. I will not buy again from them. Do not recommend them at all.

Went into the store to look for an air compressor and generator. As soon as i walked in i was welcome and asked if i needed any assistance. The team at total tools helped me more then i honestly was expecting from a big tool shop. They made calls to different experts and companies to find out exactly what type of generator i needed to run the air compressor that i had chosen and also other tools. Im very thankful for the second i was recommended this store and thank you Ali M for helping me through it all. I know where to come back for tools in the future

There's a very friendly outgoing middle eastern male employee that works in this store and as laze as this employee seems at first, mainly considering his ratger different retail technique of pointing out the location of such product your enquing into rather than assist you in taking one directly to it location"

THANK YOU TOTAL TOOLS BANKSTOWN! Came in today not expecting too much from the new store on the block but i was VERY happy to see have been served by a young bradley. It is so good to see a store with staff so dedicated to good customer service and making life easy for the consumer. I came in with low hopes and came out with a new Bosch Charger and a new favourite store

Staff seemed sympathetic. However my insider points expired when the only expiry date visible was from a year from now. Their website only shows the latest expiry date of points. Which is misleading
