My son was very worried and stressed about doing the hearing test and staff made him feel so comfortable and made appointments fun he completed the test without no meltdowns staff their are amazing from the lady who conducting the test to receptionist who watched over my daughter while I attending to sit in with my son for his test would highly recommend and thank u to the staff who made our appointment a breeze.

I have been a customer here since 2008. This really is a professional hearing service, friendly and helpful front counter staff, and very competent, truly professional audiologists. The location is easily accessible and the facilities excellent. Very highly recommended.

I have hearing aids for 5 years with a service contract, the microphone in one has stopped working.I took it back to have it repaired only to be told they would not do it because it is too old. It cost me $7000 and I consider it should not cost more than $1000 per year to wear hearing aids. I don’t think they should be able to refuse to fix it. It has been a tough year 2020, some of us have lost our jobs and to find another $7000 for a new pair is difficult. I don’t think this is good customer service, they are forcing me to buy a new pair. Going without them is not an option. I would not buy from here again, very poor service and I won’t be purchasing a new pair from them again.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with the team at Hearing Pro a number of times for 2 of my young children. I have found them to be very professional, caring and warm in dealing with my kids. My children loved the ‘games’ and were eager to go back for the next appointment. Thankyou to the team for being so lovely, and delightful. Highly recommended!

From the most incredible admin staff who made my 3.5yo feel immediately at ease to the wonderful audiologist who had my son (who was exhausted I should add!) laughing and playing. Was quicker and much less stressful than imagined. Thank you- we'll be back for another check before school! :)

Faultless perfect service. I do not hesitate to recommend this exceptional business to anyone who needs their care. There is easy parking at the back, the receptionist was very friendly and I did not have to wait. I will be back in 12 months, thanks again.
