Customer service is great but the team does not know how to make subway, especially the Ultimate Sub. They sprinkle the tiniest amount of cheese on the sub, less than without ultimate (Ultimate is supposed to be triple cheese). Also when you ask for additional meat (I added pepperoni) they only give you like 3 pieces (It was a footlong sub). I didn't want to ruin the staff's happy attitude/day so didn't complain to the staff member but I thought I'd let people know.

Not sure what all these bad reviews are talking about. My experience at this Subway establishment on Monday was superb! The handsome young lad at the counter was very considerate and catered to my needs for gluten free alternatives. I am very appreciative of this service and will definitely come back again!

I’ve eaten here numerous times and ordered on Uber eats! They are always very helpful, friendly & quick! When I’ve ordered on Uber eats I sometimes get a free cookie which is - nice touch!

I will NEVER come to this Subway again. Ordered 4 platters yesterday to be picked up today at 12. Here it is 12:20pm and she is making them in front of me. This was for a work function. And now I am late. Very disappointed in the service here. I highly recommend to everyone to avoid this store. It is horrendous. No apology nothing. Not even worthy of a one star rating. I am a Retail Store Manager and this service would be unacceptable in my business.

Horrible horrible experience. Have to give one star so giving. Never ever will i go back to the place. Complained about an order for vege delight which was sent to me via menulog that I received a plain bread and nothing inside. The manager called and explained to me that no veges was selected so they sent forward just the roll but charged for a full vege delight. Kept explaining how she was right.Called another subway and they explained that if they get such an order then they put the usual veges and if someone does ask for a plain roll they wld not charge as a vege roll.I Do NOT recommend this place
