took a good ten minutes to receive my food and i ordered 3 chips and they all tasted like they have been burnt and sitting inside all day!milkshake was good..

the customer service skills are usually pretty good but the workers don't actually read the screen. orders are slow and wrong or incomplete 9 times out of 10. staff are sweet but have their head in the clouds. frustrating experience almost every single time.

Went to get some ice-cream and thick-shakes for the kids. Staff where playing in the bin and not washing hands and trying to serve my family bin food. I asked for my money back no apologies just filthy dirty looks from the management and staff. Was a regular being from Redcliffe myself but will never go there again absolutely discussing. Health and safety completely out the windows in this store don't risk your children or your own safety eating here.

Messed up order three days in row through uber eats. When I called the manager was super rude and told me not to order from there again if I don't like it. Unbelievable!!!

My choc sundae wasn’t quite full after being handed over by one of the employees. However employee by the name of Tommy noticed the sundae and without my saying anything he offered to fill it all the way to the top! This excellent customer service and pro-activeness is exactly what we want from maccas employees and Tommy showed just that. He should receive some commendation for his kind acts.

Fairly quiet for lunchtime hours, few people eating and a couple of cars in drive through. Put through 2 separate orders using the self-service machines and seemed to take a while for our food to be ready. When we finally got our food, we had to return to the counter twice due to missing items. Food was warm only and average tasting. On a good point, great outdoor play area for the kids.

I am a delivery driver for multiple platforms with a lot of experience and very high ratings. I now refuse to accept any orders at this sorry excuse for a Maccas. They literally have a separate room where they place delivery drivers, presumably so they can ignore us for as long as possible, while ensuring we receive nothing that could be mistaken for simple human decency, let alone actual customer service! It is common for me to wait 15+ minutes for an order here, while receiving exactly zero acknowledgment. I recommend that delivery drivers boycott this store until they start acknowledging that delivery drivers are a proxy for the customer and should therefore be treated just like the customer. Sadly, such an appalling attitude towards delivery drivers will result in the highest-rated drivers refusing to take orders from this store, which means a worse experience for the customer. The franchisee needs to pull their socks up and learn what customer service is!

2 times in a row I’ve gone through drive through and have not received my whole order. This time half was missing so I realistically paid $20 for a cheeseburger meal.

I live in Redcliffe and every time I go to this store my order has been wrong 10 out of 10.I am refusing to go to this store now and will take more time to drive to Clontarf to see if they are any better
