We needed a complete replacement of our front Queenslander butterfly stairs. Ben and the team at ICarpentry were responsive right from enquiry all the way through the project to the very last day! The team are absolutely amazing - highly professional, punctual, polite, and respectful of our home. They worked diligently throughout the entire project. And the end result… WOW! Ben and his team did an exceptional job on our external staircase from the covered deck which is 3.4 metres above natural ground.He was at great pains to ensure that the finished product was in keeping with the exterior of the house and he achieved this to our complete satisfaction. Ben replaced the timber stringer staircase to the front of our Queenslander. The reply to the quote request was prompt and communication was excellent throughout the job. Ben ensured that the stair balustrade would perfectly match the existing balustrade,and that the stairs were built to resist rot and be long lasting. All work was completed to an excellent standard.
