Terrible Service!!! Went in there at 330 today and the girl was 'too busy' to write something on my cake when the sign clearly said i could get writing on my cake. If you're too busy to do your job for a potential long term customer then I will take my business elsewhere. Never going there again!

Pre-ordered a full pavlova for Christmas, got a dud!Picked it up and the explanation was that someone had put the wrong topping on it (no ownership at all??)Whilst I accept that they may have been busy, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the $30 pavlova I originally ordered,Poor form I must say!!!!

The cheesecake shop is a classic! These guys really do know how to make a good cake. They are always made fresh and never stale, plus they are opened super late as well! Great for those last minute birthday surprises!

They do great stuff but for „The“ Cheesecake shop I’m sorry the Cheesecakes are not that great. And the variety is massive but all are on a Coconut base so if you can’t eat it or don’t like it you won’t be getting your Cheesecake from there.
