The Strength Store is an amazing studio gym that provides mainly one on one strength training with a coach. I’ve been a client of Tom’s for years and have met most of the other coaches. They’re an incredible bunch and will definitely be able to help you reach your fitness goals. The place is usually immaculate and the gym has a friendly nurturing vibe. So regardless of your age, size or fitness level, if you’re looking for stupendous coaching in a healthy, all inclusive environment, look no further. As long as you’re willing to put in the work, Tom and the other coaches will certainly be able to help you.

Tom has been so great to work with while recovering from a disc injury. He is so knowledgeable and has helped me start to gain confidence in my body again after a series of setbacks. The thing I love most is that there is no talk of weight loss or 'body goals' just about making sure you've got good technique and are building strength.I'd highly recommend Tom, especially to anyone who's felt uncomfortable in traditional gyms before!

I am a complete beginner and training with Brent has been so worth it. I feel so much more confident to train on my own now and feel a real difference already. Highly recommend if you are also a beginner and don't know where to start.

Dani is a great coach and it was an enjoyable yet challenging workout. Nice programming with a warmup, two key lifts/ exercises and then a conditioning/high intensity component at the end.
