Leisures Shoe Boutique is now in excellent hands. They used to be rude and obnoxious, though the lass I spoke to yesterday was absolutely delightful and went out of her way to track the shoes I was after. I would highly recommend this Company to the world.

If I could give this store zero stars, then that is exactly what I would go with. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional and discriminative - very selective with who they serve. Would not recommend coming here at all, unless you want to be treated poorly.

I bought goretex boots that were more than $200 and after having them repaired and then them breaking again, they are refusing to repair them further. The stitching on the zip has come apart, the seam between the sole and the upper has come loose and they are no longer waterproof. I’ve now binned them and replaced with Merry People boots, much better!!
