Service SA

Got rejected from my P1s and then got rudely told, why I was arguing when I should be celebrating. Tell me what I should’ve celebrated about getting rejected. I hope Kataja gets fired

The lady name is Kim. She is the best and so supportive. She is so patient and helped us so well.

Rude woman at counter 4 worked around 4pm today. She was very impatient and impolite. Never seen such rude and impolite person or experienced same kinds of customer service ever.

Service SA gives people a generally formal and professional environment. The staff at the front next to the door are quite indifferent. Although they answer to customers' concerns, butI met two staff when I stepped into Service SA today, while I was inquiring them, one of the ladies (relatively short, dark haired) had an unkind and hostile glare towards me, without even trying to help me. This made me as a customer uncomfortable. She's really got to learn how to do her job properly before she gets fired. We as customers are not intended to annoy them but to contribute to the SA's revenue. This experience will make me severely hesitant before stepping into Service SA next time. Hope this can be rectified asap.

Went to the Currie St Service SA at just after opening and was quickly served by Jake who was fantastic and he helped with new reg plates and other enqs. Easy and quick.

Service SA is a one stop shop for all things SA government orientated, like car registration, and licences. Warm welcome from staff and very efficient. Can be busy at times but mostly straight in.

They have a total of 7 desks but only have 3 employers working at these desks. Waited 45 minutes to be served. What a joke

Jake at the reception desk is one of the quickest, most effective and knowledgeable operators I have seen. He was a machine. I was not expecting this at a government department!The person taking my ID photo was also very efficient and friendly.

Many thanks to the Currie St Adelaide team who opened 10 minutes early and had my licence renewed for 10 years in 5 minutes with minimal effort on my part. Not what I expected and a very pleasant surprise. Thanks.

So rude! First the girl at the entrance told me to change my name and have a new photo I had to tick the 6 yr box, then the next consultant with claws for nails was clearly not happy to be at work and when I realised I had to pay with cash she was annoyed and said well then I’d have to do the whole transaction again- yup well I don’t have a choice! Then the next woman said I didn’t have to do the 6 year license renewal, and proceeded to service me with no smile! The rudest customer service
