We have used these guys twice now, and I cant get over the level of service they offer.They gave us a time of between 8am to 10 am, the guy they sent got stuck in traffic, so at 8.15am they rang us to advise he wouldn't arrive until 9 am.In this day and age you just don't get that type of service, also pricing is very reasonable. highly recommended

Amazing experience and many thanks to Bettina (sp?) and Andrew, for service beyond expectations.On Monday, in this very hot summer weather, we contacted Samsung for a warranty repair on our ducted A/C system, that had completely stopped working.We were advised SE Appliance Services (SEAS) would be coming today, Wednesday.Out of caution, and to see what sort of time a technician would be coming, I checked with Bettina at SEAS, at about 11.00 am, only to find that the request had not yet been processed.However by 2.30 this afternoon Andrew had come to the house, replaced the electronic board (luckily having a spare one with him) and our system was up and running.It helps to know the error code in advance, but the speedy, efficient and professional way this emergency (well, it was to us) was handled, was a great introduction to SEAS.We will return!

Excellent company to deal with. I have used this company a multitude of times for warrantee issues and always been very happy with their service. They offer fast turn around times, are exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and give me plenty of notice they are on their way so I can get on with my day in the meantime. Every technician they have sent has been great. Cannot fault these guys. No waiting for days and days with a broken washer with this lot, they get things done.

Hi I have used this company 3 times now for warranty repairs on a Samsung fridge. I young man called Logan I think was the service agent and he has been so good. He actually understands you need a fridge and the 3 times he has been here he has got the fridge working and then came back with parts later. So thoughful. I give these guys 5 Stars and they deserve it.

Had the team come and install 2 x split system air-conditioners in my home, their technician was on time and very professional during the whole process which all went very smoothly. I was extremely happy with the work done and at a very reasonable price, I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to someone.

Service was prompt and thorough. Technician arrived when he said he would. Took the time to investigate and explain possible causes Etc. Explained parts would need to be ordered and the process which would occur. Very happy with the service provided, would recommend.
