Highly recommend! Melissa and Jason were incredibly helpful when we had issues with our Dometic fridge. They went above and beyond to help find a solution for us and we are very thankful for their assistance. Spoke to other customers as well who were also very happy.

Called them the day before regarding a noisy air conditioner. Come in and we will have a look they said. Went up on the roof and found a huge mud nest from wasps. Al fixed for $25. Great value

Had an issue with our van fridge while free camping. Dropped into Condamine caravan repairs. The team were really helpful, diagnosed the fault, organised a gas fitter and had us back on the road in quick fashion. Good old country hospitality, good pricing, very helpful. Could not have been better service

I have visited this business on several occasions, receiving very experienced and professional service.Unfortunately, I have issues with my current van , and, I am still waiting some weeks later for the results of an assessment and quotation.Regrettably, I believe that this problem is due to a medical issue with Management.I sincerely hope that the issue maybe resolved soon and, I definitely will provide another post for Downs caravan & RV Repairs , complementing their excellent Staff, Experience, Service and Pricing .... ..AS I ALWAYS HAVE.

Don't know how I can rate this place any higher. Spoke to Jason at 8.30am, regarding my issues with recently purchased caravan. Me not being in town was not an issue.very surprised at the low km rate.. anyway , had no water and an aircon on the blink...the crew was there with everything required to get the job done before midday. The job was quoted (worst scenario) before departure.(very reasonable).it was so good to get home to a cool van and water...alright..can't praise these blokes enough..thanks again..
