Dr Calais is one of the best doctors I have seen and actually cares for your well-being and listens to your issues/concerns. It is so hard to find a good doctor these days so I greatly appreciate her and her work.

The reception staff was lovely and prepared to engage in conversation, then the procedure for a new patient seeing the nurse to take down health records and concerns then moving on to the doctor so as they can be prepared was a quick handover.The doctor was atentative and thorough and didn’t try to rush me through.

Today as a first time visiting patient to the practice, I encounted staff that are very professional, care about thier patients and just lovely people. Only wish more practices were like this... highly recommend

I have been seeing Dr Su Mon for a few years now and couldn't be happier. She is always very pleasant and welcoming and never rushes an appointment. She actually keeps me on my toes and makes sure I'm up to date with my flu and Covid shots, regular blood tests, prescriptions etc. Every now and then I see the nurse and she has always been very friendly and efficient.

Dr Calais always listens and shows concern for my well-being...takes time to explain and is pro-active in any plan going forwards...re medication...physical...or in consultation with other medical specialists...I truly appreciate and am grateful for her guidance.

I had a worst experience with Dr Pratima Singh, She has no patience with children. That was our first appointment for my child who was sick. When we talked about my child's history, my son asked what we gonna do, she did not answer instead told him off! saying Just wait a minute! we are talking about your history and kids should not hold a cellphone while in front of a CONSULTANT" This is the exact word she said
