Don't eat at Burgertory, they will literally screw up your order!I ordered a burger and a mac n cheese the other night, and halfway through my mac n cheese I bit down on something hard that hurt my teeth, so I spat it out and it was a metal screw!! Absolutely disgusting that it would be in my food and my mouth! I called the store up the next day to complain, and there was no manager so the person on duty took my details and promised me a full refund and that a manager would call me back within 24 hours. I received no phone call but I did get an automated email saying I would only be receiving a refund for the one item.Gave them a second chance to fix their mistake by calling head office, and the guy I spoke to sounded half asleep and not apologetic at all. A day later they followed up with an email that read like a generic template and then had the gall to offer me a measly $30 voucher to keep my business which is insultingly low and I will not be using it as I plan to never eat there again.Just a horrible lack of effort in trying to fix a major health and safety risk, it goes to show how little they care about their patrons. You have lost a long time loyal customer over this burgertory! Now I know why your restaurants are themed around sin.

Holy wow. Just ordered from here today. So, so good. Finally a good burger place in the area! We got the Lust (fried chicken) and Pride (cheeseburger with tomatoe and lettuce) with a side of Poutine. All the food looked great and tasted amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Came here for dinner around 7.30. Was served by a lovely young lady with braided hair who went above and beyond to help me decide what I wanted to eat. Credit to the lady in the kitchen who was swift with making my order and extremely friendly when handing my food. Food was hot and fresh, a lot better than last time I came where some short Indian girl was rude, arrogant and didn’t know the first thing about working, glad she’s no longer manager I believe, would definitely come back.

waited an hour to receive food on uber, no updates and order kept getting delayed. after an hour they cancelled my order, they could’ve just not accepted it. tried calling it seems like they’re ignoring my calls. horrible place and very unprofessional i do not recommend this place if good service is important to you
