I had my Leonardo dish installed about a year and a half ago and after travelling around the country I was very happy with the product and Mile's install and communication. A few days ago I was getting the van ready for another trip and found that the dish was not doing what it should have. I sent Mile a text message outlining the problem and this morning he and Tom came around, updated the software check the system and everything is working. On top of that he did not charge me anything.PSMile gives very good advice.

Had an issue with Sat dish while in VictoriaMile told me how to remove dish and a company to send it to PerthSent it on Friday, Mile picked it up Monday , repaired if and had it back on freight TuesdayI picked it up in vic Friday morning reinstalled and working by midday FridayThroughout Mile was there to answer and explain any queries day or nightCould not fault his customer service and attitude in any wayMax Chance

We recently had a Terrsat automatic satellite dish installed on our caravan by Mile and Tom and we are extremely happy with their level of service and professionalism.We had previously been unable to get tv reception on our van, and we had a so called antenna / satellite specialist from a caravan shop attempt to fix it. Despite him not fixing the problem, he charged us a fee to tell us that he would have to completely replace and rewire all the antenna coax in our van. We told him not to bother.When Mile and Tom were fitting our Terrsat, I asked them if they could also look at the TV antenna.Mile quickly found that the previous repairer had not only done a bodgy job, he had also used the wrong part in his attempted repair. Mile repaired the antenna properly .I have now have a great satellite system on my van and a functioning TV antenna all thanks to Mile and Tom.I highly recommend them
