New cook? Just had delivered 2 pastas both of which were tasteless, lacking salt and pasta over cooked. So disappointed- usually great food but tonight a huge fail. Lucky we also ordered a salad and garlic bread. The pastas went in the bin.

Such a shame, good pizza’s, but the last three times I have ordered, I’ve arrived to find out half the order was missed, then got handed half cold half hot order. Three strikes and I’m out! More attention to orders and time frames needed!!! Customer service skills seriously lacking

Love this restaurant. Food great and waitress was very friendly and helpful with our large group.

Went there for an end of year Christmas party. Entrees were good, garlic bread - yum, pasta dishes looked fresh but I didn't eat them as I stuck to the pizza's. Dessert Natella and biscoff pizza's were awesome.

I would not even give one star, we live in harrington park and went to this restaurant regularly when the old man was there and was never turned away , but tonight we were turned away even though all the tables were empty except one and one with reserve on it, I ask how come there is only one table with reserve on it and the person (I think was the boss)said they were short staffed,and I seen at least seven staff there,she said you have to book,but I tried all day to book and got no answer which makes no sense,this place is a disaster since this person took over,I could run it better myself,she lost a lot of money from us,so we went to the Thai where only TWO were serving and got great service.since the old man retired it has gone downhill.i will never ever go back good luck in the future because you will need it

A friend of mine ordered me a suprise dinner from Piccola Italia Pizzeria and the food was exquisite! We thoroughly enjoyed the mozzarella cheese sticks, brushshetta and especially the olives which were to die for! Really mouth wateringly good Italian food at its best! The food was delivered and was fresh and still hot when it got to our door. I would highly recommend

I have been a regular at this Pizzeria for many years and have even organised birthday parties and other celebrations there and up until recently, I have been very happy. However, the last 3 times I have tried to eat in (always Saturday nights), myself and my family have been turned away, even though there were many tables available. The first two times were forgivable, but the 3rd time was the last straw. What we did notice is that each time this occurred, the owners were not present and I'm guessing that the young staff simply turned us away because they don't want to wait on table and only concentrate on home delivery or take away. It's a real shame, as we have always supported this place since we moved into Harrington Park.

Gave us the wrong order and an expired bottle of soft drink (the wrong flavour too) and when I called to try and fix the issue they were very rude and completely unprofessionalUsed to always order from them but will never be back

Food is good but would not recommend ordering pasta with your pizza. The 3 times I have ordered pasta it has come out 15mins, 30mins and this time 45mins after the pizza.Most recently, ordered online at 6:10 and confirmation said would be ready at 6:45. Gave some leeway and went to pick up at 6:50 and advised whole order would be ready at 7pm. At 7pm pizzas were ready but pasta still 20mins away. Pasta had not even been started. Lucky I took the pizzas and dropped them home and then returned rather than wait. Even at this point pizzas were lukewarm. Returned at 7:20 and advised another 10mins. When returned again pasta was ready but it was not the pasta I ordered. Offered refund but I only wanted the food. Asked again when my pasta would be ready. Said will do me a favour and put in priority order now to have it ready in 10 mins. I felt so privileged. Finally, an hour and half after ordering (and 45 mins after pizza arrived) the correct pasta was presented with promise of a credit for next time. Don't know if I want to go back again but if I do it will not be to order pasta.I am no expert but lessons to learn from this:1) Properly estimate when whole order is going to be ready...not just pizza. Don't compound by guessing when order will be ready each time asked when don't know where order is at.2) Time the order so pasta is ready at same time as pizza. You proved pasta only takes 10 mins to cook when you actually start the order. Pizza also takes about 10 mins to go through oven. Maybe start cooking pasta when pizza goes in oven.3) If can't synchronise delivery of all parts of order then get a warmer that actually keeps pizza warm while people wait for their pasta.4) Repeat 1 to 3.Pasta was delicious but not worth wait and missing eating with family.
