Studio Pilates International Hope Island
My husband and I started Studio Pilates at Hope Island recently and we really enjoy it! The room is large and air conditioned and the instructors are all lovely and encouraging. We already feel the benefits and would highly recommend it!

Great full body workout , low impact making it ideal for rehab and painful joints. The instructors are fabulous and the location is awesome. So happy I discovered this Pilates studio, it's great for the mind and body and makes for an energetic start of the day.

Love Love it! Have been a member since it opened in January! Great studio & equipment, great atmosphere & awesome, friendly, professional & supportive Team! For someone who has been living with pain & injuries, I had a goal & my body is transforming, becoming more flexible, getting stronger each week and managing the pain - results! Ladies, love your work & love your strong encouragement & driving force during sessions! Highly recommend!

Amazing atmosphere at Studio Pilates Hope Island, particularly last Sunday morning with Jamie. Brilliant class, loved being told what was in store before the class started, and very proactive instructor. Kudos to Hope Island. Was at Southport for 2 years before it had to close down due to redevelopment by developer. Hope Island better and easier though to get to.

I’m a beginner in reformer Pilates, and was a little nervous to start with however the instructors are super friendly and helpful and it’s a great environment for all levels. And I’m starting to see and feel the difference after only 4 weeks! Highly recommend

Had my class over the weekend with Summer and thoroughly enjoyed it! Absolutely loved the view from the Hope Island studio too. I’ve been to many other studios both by Studio Pilates International as well as various other companies but I’m always still most satisfied and impressed with Studio Pilates International because of the perfect balance between challenging workouts, sufficient support and encouragement by the instructors, and the beautiful boutique studios no matter where I go! I will surely be back the next time I visit Hope Island.

I have been coming to this studio since it opened. This is an amazing studio. Lovely welcoming instructors. Toilets seconds away. Beautiful new beds. Fantastic location over looking the water. Close to 3 beautifully kept GOLF clubs. A very short walk to Coles and a very resourceful shopping centre. Ie Newsagent, medical centre, pathology, podiatrist, cafes, bakery, butchery, gift shop, optometrist, alcohol shop, dentists, real state agencies and much more. This is a one stop shop for me. Love everything about Hope island studio Pilates.

I have never done pilates before, it has always been something I felt I needed to do to gain my strength in my body. I found out Hope island started from a beautiful heartfelt dream to enrich peoples lives and see and help people's workout goals. I first started with orientation session to gain understanding of what my mind and body was in for, and loved every moment of it. Each class is full of great vibes with a great view, the instructors are there to guide you through the program and session designed fir you. They are all so lovely and greet you with bright smiles.
