You are the best in the business WISP,I'm based in regional QLD; WISP (Adam) gave awesome advice over the phone & Via email on what I needed to set up a quality Home & Office network with Wireless link between the two, he emailed me the purchase links to each piece of kit, delivery was cheap and only took a couple of days, Adam then stepped me through installation of each item, he then connected in remotely and configured everything to work as its optimum.The customer service WISP, Adam and his staff provide is the most professional & best I've experienced anywhere in many, many years; if your in the market for anything communications & computing, WISP is the best and only business you'll need to contact, you will be 100% satisfied like me.

Great after-sales service. The item I received was DOA so I sent it back at my expense, but once they confirmed it was faulty they shipped the replacement back to me for free, and refunded my return shipping so I wasn't out of pocket at all. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

We required a bandwidth test device we contacted WISP and they advised what to buy.We purchase the units and they arrived promptly. WISP were more than happy to configure the units for us, and it is obvious they know exactly what they're doing it took them no time at all.I would be more than happy to recommend them to anybody.

Called up, told me they had the part; emailed and used live chat. Drove an hour there to collect the part only to find out they gave me the wrong one.Rude customer service, even though it was under their mistake. Attempt to gaslight, stating that it was the correct item and that there's no difference, even though the image of both were completely different with different specifications.

I have been buying off Wisp for years, and they have always proven to have great advice and great service. There are plenty of shops out there reselling lots of wireless gear, and most of them don't have the faintest idea how it all works, and what goes with what. Not at Wisp though, they actually understand the nuance of wireless networks, and what it takes to build a stable and secure setup. Fast shipping, easy pickup and great service.
