absolutely brilliant! I needed to frame some photos within 24 hours. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to get this done for me to an amazing standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Artbay!

I purchased 2 prints on canvas, the colour was not the colour I was expecting, I emailed the company and they sent me 2 new prints at no extra cost, Great service and I will purchase again.

I immediately got the impression that the staff member did not want to talk to me as there was someone they may have been a friend already there talking together.I wanted to discuss framing for two pieces.The first piece that was not of a universal size piece of paper. The staff member told me that I would need to bring it in and for it to be sent off to the factory. Fair enough. It's a weird size. I wished to have known the approximate pricing and a choice of frame. But none was offered or discussed.The second piece was A4. The staff member said I need to bring it in to have it sent off to the factory before discussing pricing. I also asked if they could achieve some fo of Victorian Gothic lile frame. She clearly had no idea what I said and glossed over it.I'm sure the framing is good. Many people have good things to say. But the first impression for me was terrible. As a result, I'll probably go somewhere else.

The work was done very well. There were some unexpected delays so the store apologised and gave me a 20% gift voucher for future use.

I have been using Artbay for custom framing for some years now. I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous. DON'T TRUST. Upon receiving my certificate the back the first time, I noticed that the frame was quite chipped. After sending it back I then found a BIRO mark on my ONE OF A KIND certificate.
