Justin came to give me a quote for a small pergola in my back yard. He told me he'd email me within the week with the quote. On the 7th day he quoted me $17000 for the small pergola which was previously quoted twice by others for approx $6-7000. Justin's quote was over $10000 more and claimed this was probably due to others not being 'registered'. This was proved to be incorrect. I suspect he just didn't want the job. Wasted my time really!
