Great service. Even drove us back to the railway station.

Had an issue with a rental out of Brisbane while in Longreach on a 2 week road trip. While the national Roadside assist service was pretty ordinary, the local branch once involved were excellent in taking charge of the problem and having a local repair agent make swift repair. To both the local Budget office and the repairer, a huge thankyou

Nice people in Longreach however the customer service after they overcharged us was awful. They were inconsistent, unprofessional and wrong in their responses. They also sent us another customers personal details and credit card details in error! Be careful when using this lot in Longreach, they’re a nightmare to deal with.
