Oliver turned up on time as agreed a week prior, was friendly and polite, and promptly got stuck into my problem drain. It was a bit of a challenge as my drains seem to be configured oddly (like everything else in my house), but he persevered and eventually got it unblocked. Without being asked for it, he got his CCTV kit out and showed me the condition of the drain. He also took the time to clean up after himself, and there were no surprises in the cost at the end. A rare breed of trustworthy, professional, capable operator who clearly seeks to exceed your expectations.

I wish I knew Oliver earlier but this is not too late. I was watching his videos on Youtube after I had two plumber visits which ended up recommending for relining or digging up. He came in first thing in the morning and made the job look so easy and clean. Genuine and honest opinions. I will recommend him to everyone! I am glad that he is based in Sydney not America!

Had Oliver out to clear my Storm water issue i'd been having for months and fixed, no problem... Amazing service, very professional, punctual, honest and competent. Very rarely do you get technicians like Oliver these days. Highly recommend!!

Oliver was recommended by one of my friends who was amazed by his professional skill and attitude. Oliver did a great job clearing our drains. We had a problem over the weekend and he was able to come first thing Monday morning. Very fair and reasonable prices, showed me on the camera where the obstruction was, what he did to resolve and the maintenance needed every 3-4 years, and he was also good in showing me that there wasn't any need for an expensive repair like digging up the front yard and replacing or relining pipes.Highly recommend engaging Oliver from Drain Go. He's one of the few service providers that cares about his customers and I will be telling other people to give him a call.

I had thick numerous root blockages (caused by the council bottlebrush tree) in my main sewer line leading to the street, causing raw sewage to overflow onto the kerb and front of my house. Oliver performed a really thorough clean with the jetter and took his time to ensure all the roots had been cleared the whole way through. I Would highly recommend people to use this company based on the quality of service and great value for money.

I'm an avid watcher of his videos and I just had to meet him once I had an instant blocked drain. Ollie is such an amazing person to chat with and he clearly explains what the issue is and what needs to be done. Amazing service and absolutely friendly guy. Even got to meet the famous ratty. Oliver is an exceptional specialist/Tradesman. He promptly responded to fix the blockage on my property in Beacon Hill and arrived in a very timely manner. He assessed and explained the situation then got to work immediately. As the blockage required clearing from several angles on the property, he had some fantastic equipment (technologically advanced) which allowed him to navigate and resolve the blockage fast. He did a fantastic job and was great value. I would recommend him any day of the week, 10/10 getting the work done.Greatly appreciated,Dave
