I went to this place a week and a half ago and my acrylic nails broke. Literally the worst place I have ever went too

In my 10+ years of getting waxed I have never been told that certain areas were not included in a Brazilian and costs extra. Which is also absurd given they charge more than any other waxers in the area. The wax itself was also terrible. It was like she was plucking one hair at a time and it still had hairs left behind at the end of it. Worst wax ever! Wouldn't go back.

Do not go I walked in and they ignored me I booked an appointment and had to sit and wait for 45 minutes staff are rude they do t answer you and talk about stuff in other languages they didn't tell the price until I had waited for 45min and then refused to do my nails without acrylics and then charged an extra 25 dollars for a small french tip so I leftWish I could rate zero but I can't

Two different people made my nails. I asked for extensions and they left my fingers full of glue. I aks to use a black painting and they put on some kind of dark blue. poor quality, do not recommend. the lady turning off the salon light before they finish cleaning my nail.

After having a great experience previously at this salon, I went again on Monday and asked for the manicure + gel colour (same colour as last time).I was assigned a girl who was much younger than the previous nail technician who serviced me. She worked in a great hurry and ended up cutting me twice (once without drawing blood and once which bled and she had to put some strange green liquid which I really hope was antiseptic) on which didn't seem very hygienic.For the actual gel application.. I realised halfway that the bottle clearly did not have enough polish inside to have an opaque application. I would've really appreciated if she just spoke up and asked me if I wanted a different colour but she said nothing and I was a little shocked at the time from how bad the experience was turning out so I didn't say anything.She was clearly not trained very well and kept bumping my painted and wet nails as she moved onto the next finger. It was very rushed and looks uneven and not enough layers/thick enough polish to be opaque.. has bumps on some nails too. It's only been 4 days and it already looks a week grown out since she left a noticeable gap between the cuticles and the polish...She also usednon sterilised cuticle scissors from a random drawer during the painting when she realised some cuticles weren’t cut evenly... really hoping I don’t get an infection somehow.Also when she finished she dumped a whole lot of oil onto my hands, rubbed it a bit and told me she was done. My hands looked like I just reached into a tub of oil and I had to awkwardly wipe it onto my clothes as I was ushered out quickly to pay and then they closed their doors.Note I did come in 40 minutes before they closed but if they honestly told me they could not do the service within the time I would've understood completely...I would not recommend this salon after this experience...

Unfortunately I just got tired of booking appointments to still turn up and have to wait ages to see someone. I feel like the motivation is seeing as many people as possible and not looking after their repeat cliental. I am sure they will not miss my fortnightly appointments but I hope they look into better customer service and booking system in the future. There is too much competition to be an any other way.

Good staffs and good service. I recommend you guys should come to this shop.

Possibly the best pedicure and manicure I've had in living memory, the ladies are friendly and gentle yet do a thorough job on cleaning up stubborn cuticles etc. And over a week later, the varnish is still there! Amazing job. Will be back when the need arises!

Poorly run & unfriendly unhelpful staff.Made a 1pm appointment & 30 minutes later still waiting for someone to start on my nails. Do not go here.

DO NO GO!!!Very unfriendly staff, unprofessional and rude.Took 3 women to compete manicure.And place is very unclean.They take on new comers rather than finish the ones they're servicing.Should've looked at the reviews before going.
