I called in to take a look at their chainsaw range and boy was I surprised at their extensive range. The staff member was very helpful and we discussed which model would suit my needs best.I was very impressed with the service and the price was very competitive.They even filled it with chain/bar oil and also filled the fuel tank. I was then given detailed advice on how to start it.Thanks guys, you provide a service that Bunnings can only hope to provide.Well done!

Got unfriendly vibes. Two repeat announcements were made for assistance with sale of concrete as I stood there waiting while no other customers there. Next day I chose Bunnings. Wouldn't recommend.

Was very happy with the good friendly service. It has just about everything that Bunnings has with a variety of different quality items. They also stock all you need for your Webber bbq plus a large range of the BBQs too. Thank you Mitre 10 for your great service.

A great smaller hardware store with a good selection of home and gardening hardware. They also have a wonderful selection of indoor and outdoor plants at affordable prices. Perfect for a quick stop in for your home and garden needs!!

How refreshing to have real, great, engaged and knowledgeable staff!...lovely young lady on checkout who was equally smart and engaging. I thought it was a boutique Mitre 10, but 10 x bigger out back with full nursery. Been back a number of times... love it

Very helpful, friendly staff, Brett in particular ,who went above & beyond to order in a 56mm rubber sink plug (an odd size that most places seem to not stock ). Within less than a week I received a personal phone call & on purchasing it was assured I could return plug if it didn't fit. Amazing customer service for a $3.50 plug! I will be returning here again for customer service & advice with that personalised feel, so rare these days !
