The team were very responsive especially with it being a public holiday .They rang to confirm pricing and were very transparent.On their arrival, we realised it was a wider power outage and out of their control.They subsequently reduced my fee and checked in later to see that everything was working.Great service all round.Very comfortable to recommend them
