We were up here from Victoria and our Mercedes sprinter van Engine light come on and went into limp mode.Rang Mercedes they were to Busy and would’ve been one week wait.These guys were flat out manage to fit us in and get it fixed within that day. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended they went out of their way to help us and Got us back on our way ASAP can’t thank them enough.Wish they were Close to home as we would use them all the time everything.

The staff at Carbyne Automotive stepped up to repair my Nissan Navara when others were too busy. The Staffat Cabyne Automotive are professional and keep you in the loop with what they are going to do and the progress. The only garage who accept us on a Saturday to check the car. Everything has been clarified by phone before going to the garage and they do their best to give you the best services as possible. Thanks to them our problem have been sorted in the morning.

Our van got taken here after breaking down on the side of the road - Brett and the team did diagnostics and fixing and we were back on the road the next day! Great communication from Kate over the phone and Brett was great at explaining the problem and the fix that was performed. It’s been 2/3 weeks now and we’ve had no problems since!

I wasn’t going to write a review, but because I’m travelling Australia and I’m relying on reviews especially when it comes to servicing or any mechanical problems with my van.Staff were really friendly Kate communicated well.When I picked my van up it was pointed out that my batteries were showing low voltage, i was shocked as I only put 2 new batteries last service and when I said this, they measured the battery again and said “oh yes they’re fine, must have had a wrong reading?!”Brett also pointed out a couple of more mechanical repairs that needed to be done. One was to be done asap. I asked for a quote and still have not received one.I called a week later and was told Kate will email me one.This was just before Xmas.I waited for another couple of weeks, still nothing.I ended up going to another mechanic in Mackay and he was amazing, booked me in that week and attended to the “urgent, needs to be addressed now” problemI’m kinda a bit disappointed I have not had a follow up at all.

Can highly recommend Carbyne Auto for what they did for me. Bret , Kate and the whole team there was absolutely amazing. Once again guys I cannot thank you enough for what you’ve done for me.
