Pay a yearly fee for regular servicing and they don't do any of the scheduled maintenance (4 times a year). No matter how many times call they never turn up, and lie about when will turn up.Unprofessional, unreliable. Do not ever install a Bioseptic product

Excellent sales team, they couldn't do enough for me to get my plans through council. Wasn't sure if this extended to after sales service but I logged a service call this morning and they attended an hour after my call and fixed the problem. Not sure why the negative reviews but I highly recommend them based on my experience.

I live just outside of Canberra and recently spoke to Dale in the head office about a concern that I currently have with a smell coming from the system or possible the drains in the house. He was more than helpful to provide advice on the phone and has also arranged someone to come past and check on the system again. We have been with Bio-septic for 5 years now and have had no concerns to date with their service.

Very poor end result and damage to property. BioSeptic have taken no responsibility of the poor workmanship which includes; insufficient backfilling and not to Australian Standards; damage to retaining walls to several different areas not even directly near the tank locations; decommissioning of existing tank was extremely poor needing it to be dug up again (by others) to bury completely as hazard to family and animals; very poor levelling on completion; verbal agreements not honoured; incomplete trenching for electrical works. Stay away!! Need option for zero star..

System was at the property when I purchased it. Never had a problem (6 years). Service is performed as per agreement.

Sign an agreement for quarterly maintenance, then don’t see them for 10 months. Call, they make promises, give excuses, then nothing. Very unprofessional.

WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCTSHonestly this has been a cluster F from the minute they turned up to site. They expect their customers to be professionals in septic tanks when the reality is most people will probably only ever do 1 in their lifetime. We got the hole dug however admittedly I had missed reading that I needed to put a base down in the hole. Their drivers turned up to site, dropped the tank in knowingly and a few weeks later I was left with one tank lop-sided. Care factor? Zero. A phone call would have been nice I could have done something about it on the spot, nothing. 4 months later I had a light on so I rang to discuss, turns out no one had come back to commission it either so I have had sewage seeping out of the lids because there is no pump or blower installed. In fact there was zero communication after the tanks were 'installed' or should i say 'dropped in' so I had assumed I just needed to connect my house pipes to the tanks, easy right? Wrong. So the situation right now is I have a lop-sided tank with sewage seeping out the lid and no transfer pipe between the tanks so septic is backing up in my house. Would have been great to get at least a phone call or a follow up explaining what the next steps where, when they would come and commission it and what needed to happen now.

Terrific company to deal with, from David Shore in the office to Chris who installed the tanks, their advice and help was second to none. Absolute pleasure doing business with them and would highly recommend them
