Coffee was ok but was highly disappointed by the staff who refused to use my keep cup. After they handed my coffee to me I asked why, she said oh we’ve had maggots in them before. I opened my cup and said that would have been easy to check! Very unfriendly, unlikely to returnEdit: I understand staff hygiene is important but I really do feel this is an issue that could have been dealt with more tactfully by staff. Ask to see my cup, wash your hands regularly (which should be happening anyway!) … the health of the planet is important too, reducing waste is important, and respecting customer wishes is important too.

Simply the best. I was regularly choosing healthier options until I discovered their chunky steak pies! Worth every cent with chunks of gravy laden beef and buttery pastry. Paired with a new addition, their large(r) caramel tart. Perfect. Prompt friendly service. Awesome sandwich bar for a healthier option also.

Once the pies here were phenomenal unfortunately, the quality has dropped a little, the pastry is great but the filling especially with the chicken pies is not. For the price it is expected to get better. Please look into it as I would love to once again say they are phenomenal.

We come up to pmq every year and have never stopped in before. The place is top quality and we loved the products. The chicken pies are first class. Full of flavour. Won't go anywhere else!

You know you've found a good bakery when they sell a vegetable mornay pie, which actually tastes good and doesn't look like mashed veg left-overs, at an affordable price. The meat pies are also good value.

I had high hopes for this bakery. I had a chicken pie and sausage roll. The pie didn’t have a great flavour and had very thick filling. Bit like eating chicken glue.Sausage roll had a lot of chicken seasoning in it too much bread and dry , I had to discard the ends.Overall the general display needs a menu makeover it’s not the 70’s anymore.
