The girls at Cannon Hill were so accomodating and fit me in on very short notice after a mistake with my online booking. To top it off, Rachel did such an amazing job of touching up my blonde, it looked so fresh and exactly how I wanted it! Thanks so much girls :)

Baby's first haircut. The hairdresser was so careful and wonderful, our little girl didn't get nervous or upset once. And they fitted us in on short notice. Highly recommended!

The two ladies who did both my girls hair cuts were amazing!. Both were so good with my kids. They did exactly what my girls wanted but better! And treated them like royalty. An amazing experience that my girls haven't stopped talking about. Thank you ladies! We will definitely be coming back for future hair cuts!

This place was under my expectations unfortunately. I don’t ever write reviews for anywhere though I felt I needed to share my experience in hope the staff may hear it. I had my hair dyed then cut. The hair dresser then proceeded to brush like crazy on my hair without any product. I got home and I literally had a huge knotted clump of hair fall out in my hand when I ran my fingers through it. If I’m to sit in your salon for hours and pay top dollar I do not like clumps of my hair to fall out due to your staff not taking care of my hair.

I went in for a last minute decision hair treatment and it was a wonderful experience. It was my first time at the salon and all the girls were very helpful and lovely but Bec in particular who was my hairdresser was great! She knows I'm pregnant so she was very accommodating with doing everything in the chair so I was comfortable, and the drink and biscuit service was a nice little touch. The massage aspect was wonderful and I wish I could have stayed longer! Very lovely experience, thank you Bec!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After 2 annoying text messages from this salon this week that I did not agree to receive it reminded me that I should share our experience. I took my daughter in to have her hair cut, her hair was brushed, a line was cut across the bottom and I was charged $35. She was in and out in under 5 minutes, closer to 3, after being made wait over 20 minutes because they were running late for her appointment. Not even a straight line either , an absolutely lazy and atrocious experience here and I would never go back.

After 15 years of colouring my hair I think I know how it develops. I was concerned with how long they left the foils on and did express it comes down quickly. I also expressed it doesn’t normally require toner, as it can grab. I don’t mind not having 5 star service but I’d at least expect them to listen to what I’m saying rather than the sales pitch of “adding a treatment.” Needless to say, my hair did indeed overdevelop and didn’t tone correctly so I won’t be returning unfortunately. Need more senior staff in there guys.

I used to get Hayley to cut my hair here and she was good (pre COVID). But this time I went in and another girl cut my hair. I wanted it short and blended. I came out of the shop with a bowl cut". I was mortified. Usually with a bad haircut I just let it grow out. This time the cut was so bad I went home and gave myself a number 3 clipper cut all over. Just awful. Also I was their first appointment and there was hair on the floor and a build up of hair and dust in the corners. The entire place just looks grubby."
