I have been looking for jersey caramels everywhere! With no luck. A quicl google search brought up Opera Foods, and voila, in my hands in a couple of days. Thank you for the efficient and quick service, and having a product available that has been difficult to find.

Couldn't be happier looking for spearmint leaves to make to make Christmas trees as gifts, they were the cheapest at $7.50 a kilo everywhere else $10+ I ordered them in the AM & receive them the very next day. Gotta be happy about that. We'll definitely be back again thank you

Products were good. BUT...after realising some products I had order were out of stock, I was waiting for communication in regards to this, I had no chance to swap for anything else, and no refund email was sent to me. After receiving my order 1 week later, I contacted them for my refund ($15). They said blunty that the accountant was out and would do it when they come back. (OK I waited patiently). Oh and no apologies. I had to reach out on friday, they said it would be process on that day..ok so I waited..NOTHING! Tuesday comes around and again made contact, I then received an invoice for refund email. No communication from anyone to apologies. After 3 weeks finally a refund was issued. Customers service is very poor, and the responses are blunt with not enough information or care given. Disappointing because I have made large orders from this company a few times in the past. Business will be taking elsewhere in the future. Customer service, communication and wait times are poor.

I had been looking for Jelly Babies in the usual outlets (of the sort I enjoy) for ages, without success. I then found Opera Foods on line and was pleasantly surprised to discover a 1-kilogram pack at a great price. The postage, however, I thought, was a bit steep, but the Jelly Babies are delicious.

I always buy my organic hemp seeds from here. Great product at a great price and speedy service and delivery. Fantastic business to deal with.

Called Opera foods with a question about one of their products. There website states if you have a question to call them. The phone line rang for what seemed an ‘age’, then it made a sound like the call was diverted. The line continued to ring. After a few more rings I hung up. I then get a call back from a mobile number (not the landline number I called) - upon answering I was immediately told ‘ you rang but you didn’t wait ‘! Ummm yeah I took my business elsewhere - thanks !

Sells bulk items literally just before it’s used by date then says “well it wasn’t off when we posted.” Absolute joke of a company, complete waste of money. Avoid!!!

Products were brilliant and just what I needed. Customer service and operations disappointing though. I ordered and paid for express post, two weeks later items still hadn’t arrived. I checked the tracking details and it hadn’t even been dispatched. I received no email or communication about delays. Called the customer number and (what sounds like) a young boy answering, telling me one of the products orders is out of stock in that size and more stock arriving the following week. When was someone going to tell me this? I suggested he measure out the quantity I paid for from the large size that was still available and repackage it for me so I wouldn’t have to wait several more weeks. An improvement on customer communication would be great but otherwise products are great for what you need.

Ordered the spinach powder, arrived in a few days and so far so good, was difficult to find it in store in Melbourne so glad I was able to find it online.
