I recently had an issue with a Terrain Tamer product I'd purchased from an interstate branch about 15 months ago. I rang the guys at Terrain Tamer in Hobart and straight away they went to work and helped me resolve the issue. Even though it was out of warranty they went into bat for me and contacted head office so a replacement could be organised. The guys were extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation in recomending them.
