Looks like a depot mainly for parcel lockers and possibly larger parcels. No real desk reception, just ring the doorbell and provide your ID (and make sure you stand in the designated spot indicated on the sign). Someone will attend to your query. No complaints. A place that serves its purpose and people just doing their jobs.

Went to renew my Driver's Licence as I wanted a new photo. Followed Vic roads instructions. The male staff member told me their camera didn't work then proceeded to shout at me screaming he wouldn't have served me anyway as I hadn't brought a form with me. I then explained that I wasn't aware of this but he continued to shout the same thing over again. Appalling attitude and service.

My fiance came in to buy wedding stamps and they didn't have any, but a lady serving him said she'd find him something special and found us some beautiful alternative stamps that ended up even better. He apologises for not being as enthusiastic about them with the lady because he was in a rush but he said she was so sweet and thanks again.

I try not to leave bad reviews unless I have a truly terrible experience, but this was ridiculous. Firstly I went into the post office and asked the lady about posting a parcel, if I can just grab a padded parcel from the shelf, write the address, and put the item in and seal it to send off. She said yes but decided to rudely remind me that the store closes in half an hour. Didn't realise it would take half an hour to write an address but okay. So then the package was ready to go, I brought it up to the counter and another man served me, put through the package and I was on my way. I kept checking the tracking of the item to make sure it was all well and good, until I noticed that it kept jumping between Melbourne and NSW for no reason, around 4-5 times. I thought something was up so I called the auspost customer service and was told the address might be incorrect so I asked them to re-input the correct address. I then checked the receipt more properly from when I posted it, and the delivery postcode was input as 9999. This has caused an absolute headache for a month and a half long debacle, resulting in about 5 phone calls to auspost as the package was still jumping between Melbourne and NSW (which I'll add the customer service reps were very lovely and helpful). It was a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding and it was extremely stressful not knowing if it would even arrive there on time, let alone to allow for any alterations, which I was advised by one of my final calls to auspost was that it was due to the postcode being input as 9999. I wouldn't even recommend this branch to my worst enemy, absolute painful experience due to negligence. Never again.

They are the only post office I have ever had issue with.I went a while ago for a proof of age card but didn't have anyone I knew for over a year to sign. I asked if there are alternatives, because with forms like these there usually are, and thought I would ask at the post office before calling the state government.The first person to serve me kept sayin again and again to get someone to sign who I haven't known for 12 months. I said no again and again, even telling them that's likely fraud, but they kept pushing. Then, as I was walking away, another employee came to keep telling me even as I kept saying no.Recently I came in with a form Home Affairs said they could sign as witnesses. Home Affairs later turned out to be wrong but without even looking at the form the service member said they don't sign it it and they only do the form I had for passports. I tried asking if they were sure since they seemed very sure they could sign a similar form for my proof of age and she said they do but that the proof of age card was different.Being in a rush I said fine and tried leaving but the service member got their manager to repeat the information and she was right behind me.

SOME OF THE STAFF MEMBERS HAVE A REAL BAD ATTITUDE AND VERY RUDE TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS. THERE IS ONE STAFF MEMBER MELANIE WHO IS HIGHLY HELPFUL, AND HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARDS HER CUSTOMERS KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK MELANIE. WHO I HIGHLY RESPECT YOU KNOW WHO YOU'RE

Worst customer service ever. I was served by a 40 yr old looking east-Asian male on the Friday that just passed, and he had the ruddiest attitude ever. I saw him giving attitude to customers who weren't even doing anything wrong before it got to my turn in line. I was just there to return a parcel, but he would just no reason give the most rude attitude ever for just even being there to be served. Seems like he was giving attitude no matter what just because he wanted to. You guys need to do a better job at hiring decent people who actually want to do their job in a decent manner. I'm even worried if parcel would process safely from the look of how he handled my parcel when I gave it to him.

I find it funny how AusPost has designed their own DigitalID app but you cant even go in store to finish the ID process. I waited in line and i was told I had to stand to the side as they were too busy with other applications, WHICH IS FINE. I waited to the side and a different employee rudely told me not to stand there because she couldnt help me, and after explaining i was told by someone else to wait there; she told me to go back to the other line and wait again. Would love it if you’d tell all your employees what the correct procedure is so that people dont get told two different things and end up wasting their time.
