Frustrating Inconsistency at Albany Creek McDonald's Drive-through - 1/5 StarsThe Albany Creek McDonald's has undoubtedly become a source of frustration with its inconsistent service delivery, particularly in the drive-through. The once-reliable establishment now seems to be plagued with issues, leaving us exasperated and dissatisfied.On the surface, it may seem like minor complaints, but these issues have become a recurring theme in our experiences with the Albany Creek location.One of the most irritating problems we've encountered is the inconsistency in product quality. What should be a simple and enjoyable visit to McDonald's has turned into a guessing game of whether we'll receive hot, crispy fries or a cold, chewy disappointment.The latest issue we encountered was just that – cold, chewy fries that required reheating in our air fryer at home, despite living only two minutes away from the restaurant. It's a testament to the lack of care and attention put into the preparation and delivery of the food we receive. Frustrations like these can quickly overshadow any positive experiences.The Albany Creek McDonald's drive-through continuously fails to meet the expectations set by the McDonald's brand. As much as we'd like to continue supporting our local franchise, the continuous disappointment in service and product quality has forced us to consider alternative options. Until significant improvements are made, we can only give them a 1 out of 5 stars rating, and we encourage others to be cautious when visiting. At the very least check your order before leaving the driver through window.

Definitely one of the most average McDonalds restaurants in the area. Twice recently I've been and become sick on that same day. I'm not usually one to complain for an off meal here and there but I'm finding it's consistently average as of late. I also find the staff rude 90% of the time so it's pleasant to be greeted by someone friendly that 10% of the time.

As incompetent as they get. Had to drive back to get my meal order fixed and they remade the burger and somehow managed to mess up the 2nd time

The food tends to be okay but the drive thru team consistently provide iced coffees not stirred. You wouldn’t do that with a hot coffee regardless. Especially in drive thru where you need to operate your car and then stir the coffee. This has happened over 5 times. Feels like I’m getting a half finished drink.

Went on Wednesday morning and received order quickly but some staff were disinterested and rolled their eyes when asked to sort out an item issue. Baby change table was dirty and broken. I defy any manager to change an infant here.

Standard McDonald's service. drive-through can get a bit congested at times. Play area for kids and outdoor seating available if eating in. As usual, if you are going through drive-through, CHECK FOR SAUCES!

It was on 04/09/2022,we ordered 4 breakfast meals on Sunday morning using the touch screen machine, as always, the printer turned out to be out of order, so I had no idea about my order number. Fine.It took 20-25 mins to get our order, but the coffee was ready almost instantly so by the time the order was brought to our table , the coffee was semi-cold, room temperature. Fine.The 4-th meal burger was missing completely so another 10 minutes waiting for the fourth meal and it came in the very greasy box (please see attached photo).Finally!? Nah, no tissues within the entire restaurant so we had to ask again the lady pulled it out front underneath the counter desk.As a side note, no tables around us were wiped for the whole hour that we were there despite that were greasy and with crumbs from the previous customers.I understand that it is just a McDonalds and one shouldn't expect a Michelin restraunt service but hot coffee, complete order in a clean packing and tissues availability are reasonable expectations in my opinion.

Always good friendly service but I never ever seem to get onions on my cheeseburgers when going to this store (at least 5-10 times this has happened) Reviewing items ingredients with staff could be handy.

Disgusting food. Ordered Hot cross bun - was frozen, when eventually thawed very stale and dry, butter obviously left on counter as poured out of container in a liquid state; McFlurry large serve - large container half full; white coffee so weak and watery. Don’t visit Albany Creek Maccas as food disgusting.
