Absolutely appalling attitude by the lady at the cash counter just because I have a different skin color. You should really focus on training their staff on inclusiveness. Hate to say it but Won't come back again.

I couldn’t find Womens black jeans and Celeste was so kind and helpful l. She ran around the shop trying to find the jeans that kept moving. She gave great customer service and you can tell she really loves her job. Keep her!

Wanted to search homeware products, there were no product details/catalogue online.Very poor site.

Cashier clearly wasn't trained well. When I was discussing refunds with her she was constantly contradicting herself. Everything else about the store is okay though. Just better trained staff would be better.

While generally a great store. Recently I've had some bad checkout experiences. I feel like the staff training is not consistent. For example one staff member told me that the returns are only acceptable within 14 days while the next time the other one said 30 days. Also recently, I told the checkout person that I have my membership number and can she add the 10 percent off extra on sale items as per the current sale and she said yeah i will when I've scanned all items, and then she didn't when the payment had already been processed and she just shrugged it off when I asked her. And said somethinh incorrect that I needed a voucher, when I told her the previous time the checkout person had just done extra 10 percent off sale items with just my membership number. Then she practically lied and said oh there's no current sale like that. Not true there still is. Just really poor, inconsistent training of staff and this should be looked into asap.

I love the large variety and the staff have always been friendly.

If your ready to sift thru the discounted racks there's always good deals,friendly staff and the stores always well kept.

Not a impressive place to do your shopping ! Nothing much there to buy!! The products displayed were not that appealing to purchase! I have seen The H & M shops in many other countries in Europe, UK and many countries. The displayed products were more better quality than what I saw in Australia.
