The staff are wonderful and amazing. They make the best coffee! I found the shop clean and pleasant to have a cuppa. Thank you so very much also for passing me the recycled coffee bag. Top marks.

While I was waiting two staff had a personal conversation than attending to me while the third one made a coffee. It is better to go to the nearby places as they are more custo.er friendly and serve people fast than you having to work hard on catching their attention.

Had my regular coffee to start my day! Nice pretty outlet with friendly staff!

Has outstanding coffee, I highly recommend. The staff there are very friendly and always welcoming with a smile.

Was here today, Sun 23rd Jan 2022. My husband ordered a Nutella donut to dine in, when he received the donut it was hard as a rock, not fresh. Asked for another, none available, staff tried to substitute with a jam one and tried to heat it up to freshen up it being stale. I had a chocolate eclair, wasn't the best, had better, wasn't fresh either. Times are hard at the moment, businesses are trying to recoupe but don't serve STALE FOOD to people otherwise they won't come back like us!!!!!

Went in recently and purchased a sausage roll and pastie. As an older guy I can honestly say it was the worst I ever had. Both dry and tasteless. Very disappointed

Their staff are aways rude and doens't seem happy to serve. Every time I got there I feel like I'm interrupting their conversation and they look very unhappy with me asking to buy a coffee. Just not a welcoming and friendly place to get a coffee from.

Service is very ordinary, the staff just don't care. Staff turn customers away for the end of day cleanup near 45 minutes before closing time. We had intended to purchase 2 teas and 2 coffee, and biscuits.Across the corridor the competitor was more than happy to make the sale- real service with a smile.And they managed to have everything finished and cleaned up by 5pm.

Ordered a couple of sponge cakes online (Passionfruit and Choc Cherry) and picked up the following day. Cakes were fresh, reasonably priced and tasty. Tip, for freshest cake order recommend to pick up Mon to Sat, as they mentioned previously they don't usually have cake order deliveries on Sunday so if ordering for Sunday pickup the cake may be in their fridge from Saturday delivery until Sunday pickup.

A few weeks ago i met friends for lunch and my coffe order was lost but my pie wasn’t.I waited and waited meanwhile my friends received theirs and I went to the counter and ensured abt my coffee order. They told me it wasn’t process and that the girl serving me was new. I said ok and paid and sat down. I waited again, watching other orders being made and served including takeaway coffees. I wasn’t impressed. My friend opened her party pie to find it dry, very dark and noticeably old. I took it and showed the person who was actively the barista and serving too. I never raised my voice nor swore nor showed any aggression as Iv worked in retail and I know how to resent my concerns and arguments.Eventually my coffee arrived and the young staff member who delivered it then proceeded to say to me… I hope you’re happy as you BULLIED our barrister and she’s crying. I was shocked and so Anesti at that accusation and told him first I never bullied a done second to mind his own business and thirdly how dare he speak to a customer (regular) like that.I was extremely disappointed and so were my friends. Service has gone down hill and staff attitude has gone up..NOT RETURNING … my friends included.Having had previous issues with staff behaviour, my friends and myself decided to return to the store, mind you others wouldn’t.Obviously one member had it in for me for complaining previously, not presenting herself EVER with a polite smile or a ‘ hello’Today Oct 17th I got a sarcastic half sec smile from that staff member with the boss standing RIGHT next to her. The boss was polite and welcoming. Then the rest of our stay was made awkward with other staff giving dagger stares, obviously supporting their fellow staff member who went running in the back room.SUCH CHILDISH BEHAVIOUR.
