Unfortunately am unable to choose zero stars so had to choose one star. Contacted online. Was replied by Lin and Peter. Made initial appointment for quote as requested by them. Text them 27 minutes after they were meant to be there. Got a text 10 minutes later stating they were running 20 minutes late and heading over now. Too late because I had already left. Rescheduled for next day at same time. Surprise they didn’t show up. Chose not to contact them this time. Just for the record the appointment was for 5.30pm. Received a text stating “sorry I forgot” at 8.30pm. I wasted 2 days after work attending a property I don’t actually live at for them to not attend to quote
