Bought windows and doors from Monaro windows for the whole house. The lock on a very expensive sliding door has stopped working after just 1 year. I was told the locks only have a 1 year warranty so nothing can be done. Locks on doors are supposed to work a lifetime, not only a year. Find some other supplier of windows for your next project

I bought a Patio Door set from Monaro Windows almost three years ago, today my youngest daughter locked her big brother out of his bedroom & the only way in was through the patio doors - the problem? The access key was in said bedroom! I called Monaro & they not only got back to me in considerably less than an hour, they provided a free spare key that very same afternoon, thus avoiding me having to cause criminal damage to my own home! Lol. Bravo Tom & Team - excellent customer service...why would you go anywhere else?!

Monaro windows are helping me with the design and refit of number of replacement windows. To date they have been most helpful and have given many design hints in updating the current look and feel of the house. They have been very prompt getting back to me with my many changes. I have visited their showroom where they ran me through all their products. Their mechanisms used in the sliding doors and windows were recommended to me by a trademans who specialises in maintenance and repairs of all doors/windows types. Thanks Tom & James for your assistance to date.

Looking to replace the windows throughout the house. The person I spoke with seemed too busy to explain and show me the range. I left without getting a feel for what I want... kinda makes the measure and quote pointless. I'm not going to buy without some idea of what I'm getting.

Called me on Tue morning to confirm the delivery on Wed, I told him I will call him back in the afternoon to confirm, called him twice in the afternoon, no one pick up, left him messages, never call me back. Called him again on Wed, no one pick up again, and never call me back. Suddenly on Fri the delivery guy call me 15 mins away from my place told me they are doing my delivery, they going to drop it off regardless anyone at home or not. Delivery guys are nice, but their boss is the worst.

I have just had Monaro double glazed aluminium windows and security screens installed. They look fantastic and I'm really happy with the quality. They make my house feel warmer and more solid. Thanks to Jack who helped me out by sending me more photo's of the locks, rather than me having to get back to Mitchell. Great result with the help of Mat Plunkett & A&A Contractors Team in the installation
