I turned up with no notice, was served immediately and they not only fixed my problem, at a good price, but then took the time to show me how to fix the problem myself next time. Fantastic

Unbelievably poor service. They had my van for over 6 weeks and didn't know what to do with it. All I wanted was an awning put on it. They would NEVER answer the phone and would not respond to my daily messages I left. In the end I had no choice but to have the van picked up and taken to a place in Inverell. The workshop in Inverell is so professional and they know exactly what they are doing. Such a different experience. I have never encountered anything like Betts in my life!

Stopped off on the way through with a broken awning/fixtures, able to fit us in and fix our issue straight away. Great service, happy with price. 5 stars!! Highly recommend.
