I Went today to get a wolf cut and the lady who did it was really nice and reassuring with me :) even though we waited 20-30 minutes it was worth it

Omg I just love these girls, Tash and Reena are amazing, always super helpful and really take pride in their work and if they are not on i wont go into the Salon. I was walking past the salon yesterday and my favourite girl Claire is working!! Please please please bring her back to work at Hastings. With these 3 girls working at the this Salon there will be many extremely happy customers.

Always different workers?Mostly good but the last time I went the lady said she was going to cut off about a cm then went into a trance and cut off almost 10cmMy hair is really bad at that length sticking up everywhereHave to wait a few months until it grows back and doesn't look ridiculous and I hate having to wear a hat

Have an express lane Franchise manager!I got there first thing but 4th in line. I wanted a simple trim of my ends barely a 10 minute job as previously experienced. 2 staff but The 3 ladies in front both wanted epic things. Foils, colour and treatment. I had to wait over 45 minutes. That's ridiculous for the quickest of tasks.You put pressure on your staff.

Usually I have a great experience at this hair dressers and the ladies are really nice, I went in last week to get a trim before my birthday, the woman on the left hacked my hair, after telling her I didn’t want it too short and to to keep my style, the hair cut is awful, too short, I can’t do anything with my hair except wait for it to grow out.
