Just Cuts

Absolutely disgusted with my service I received the other day. I walked in with an inspiration photo and hair at the length of my elbows. I was very clear I wanted to keep my length. I received nothing close to what I was asking for, half the length of my hair is gone. I received a fringe I never asked for. The hairdresser was rotating the apron so all my hair fell into my lap, hairdresser didn’t care. This is going to take months to grow out. Never going back. Very unprofessional

came in to get my hair cut, went home and cut it myself, the stylist with my mum did great and made sure she was comfortable with length, my hairdresser did not do this, she did not ask if it was the length i was going for, was more focused on getting me to buy the products, and didn’t care when i asked her to be gentle because i had just gotten an ear piercing, very disappointed as i paid over $50 and did not get what i asked for, i did i better job at home with my kitchen scissors, thanks for wasting my money

I walked in and was seen within 5 minutes. Lucas was fantastic, listened to what I wanted and gave me a really nice haircut. It was super quick and well done, reasonable prices too. Thank you!

Worst experience ever at a hairdresser! Went in today at 1201Was told it would be 10 mins. After waiting 16 minutes they called my name. I went to get up and so did someone else with the same name. The hairdresser asked my name again. I told her she went to the computer and looked confused. She asked my name again and also took my number. 5 minutes later a girl came in asking to get her hair cut, she then took a seat beside me. About 10 minutes later the girl was the called up. I questioned how she was getting done before me and the staff said sorry we are doing the best we can as we were understaffed. I don't see how serving people randomly is doing the best you can. Unfortunately I will never be back to justcuts. Ever!

I am more than happy with Andrea, definitely my place to go for a cut or trim now.

Showed the hairdresser what I wanted via a photo of previous cut. Did not get anything like I asked. Hair cut way too short and not even.She was too busy looking out the door and worrying about who was waiting for the next cut. $39 wasted. 2 weeks between a good haircut and a bad one. I think not, more like 2 months. Would not recommend.

Best shampoo and blow dry I've ever had. The stylist was friendly and gave me the most wonderful head massage ever.I was let down when it came to the GHD curls. The stylist clearly didn't know how to do them and I ended up paying full price for the worst hair style I've ever had. I was in town to attend my sister's wedding and had to go and buy styling tools to fix the terrible job that was done.I would have preferred the stylist be honest and admit that they didn't know what they were doing and wait for someone who knew what they were doing than having to walk out the way I did.Fantastic wash and blow dry, terrible GHD curls

I went in to Just Cuts at Castletown for a hair cut. All hair dressers should ask is your hair one length or layered. My hair is layered, the lady cut my hair as one length. What about trimming up my layers.This is the second time that I have had this lady. She has done the same thing as I'm complaining about now, I tried to tell her what cut that I want, but she knows better . I'm not happy at all
