Took two tailored suit jackets and pants to them to get dry cleaned and a small hem on one pair of pants repaired.The pants in question have a fold up at the bottom which is attached by two clip buttons and the hem is on the inside of the pants.Upon taking the clothes back to my house I find the hem has been stitched all the way across the pants closing the buttons inside. How this was achieved is beyond me. Has the person who stitched it ever seen a pair of business slacks before?Had to go back to get it fixed and was told to wait 10 minutes. Came back in 10 minutes and was given my pants back. I was assured there would be no damage to the pants due to this mistake, however, there was. A mark is there from where they had to pull the stitching out. Asked for a refund for the repair as restitution and was told by the clerk that they are not authorised to do so. The man who was authorised just went on a lunch break (during those 10 minutes) despite the fact he knew I was coming back.Will never be using again and would advise all those considering coming here for repairs to avoid at all costs.

Took leather racing pants for stitching to be repaired, did a fantastic job. Very secure and discreet stitching.

Got my sons Karate logo put on his karate outfit. The worker was so friendly, polite great stitching thank you so much

Usually have what you want relating to not just keys but car lock batteries or advise you where to get at another site close to your requirements. Staffing is always kind and very knowlegable. Worth a look see. Some prices little higher car locking fobs
