Everything was great except one tiny thing that isn't really to do with the work.... when the manager arrived to give the quote he sat in the car with the engine running for about 10 minutes... it wasn't a hot day... please respect our environment and turn off the engine. Other than that everything was excellent service. The installer was a nice bloke and did the job professionally and quickly.

Michael from PestAid is phenomenal. He was respectful, efficient and thorough when dealing with birds getting into my roof. It is a very tall two-storey house with difficult roof access. So, it was a hard job and he did it well.He made a scary experience a little bit easier by being reliable and kind. He also followed up to adjust the bird proofing he installed to ensure it would keep the birds out.I would absolutely recommend PestAid (and Michael in particular) to anyone looking for a professional, reliable pest controller who actually cares about how stressful a situation it can be.

I have had issues with noisy minors in the ceiling. I contacted PestAid and I thought it would be one of those businesses who might just disappoint or overcharge as my experiences were not that satisfactory in recent times. Few companies wanted almost double the amount. However, PestAid conducted an inspection prior to quote, came on time and Michael B. was very polite, professional and very easy to talk to. Michael went extra mile to inspect internally and removed bird nest leftover (not easy to reach the corner of two story house ceiling with only beams to support), then externally sealed. Michael was upfront about possibility of birds coming back through neighbour’s area as my house is a townhouse attached to others. I don’t know whether birds will be back tomorrow but Michael’s service was commendable. I was afraid that Michael would add another few hundred to the existing quote but nothing extra was charged and he did the entire job with a smile (well, at least when I was talking to him). This type of behaviour is all someone could ask for regardless of whether the issue resurfaces or not. I hope Michael retains his great attitude and helps people this way.

We were very happy with the quick response by Pest Aid. I was able to book a time for the following day and the online booking was very easy. Nick the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection, then put some bates in our roof, kitchen and laundry. He was efficient and gave good explanation. We would use Pest Aid again and highly recommend them. Renee

The most excellent people to use. We had a rat and possum in our roof space, and they went out of their way to fix the problems. Special thanks to Michael who arrived after 5 pm on a 40degree day to remove the dead rat and fix the terrible smell. Outstanding service.
