Bought a cooktop and paid $229 for installation with the written guarantee from salesperson Nick that I'd have a visit in advance of installation to quote any additional electrical upgrades. Instead installers came directly, did not quote extra charge (in fact stated it wasn't necessary to change one aspect), and then handed me for a bill for $450 once installation complete. Went into store the next day and spoke to the manager, who only said he'd have a word" with Nick. Real "Good Guys

Team member and team leader asked me to pay beyond retail/web advertised price for dishwasher installation, Jason the store manager is a good bloke, adjust the price accordingly, ask for Jason, just don't deal with othersls

Bought a washing machine in store on 15 Mar 2023. Delivered the following day. But the delivery guy took away the transportation bolts. Called the store immediately and they say they will try to get the bolts back. Now I need to move and the manual clearly says transportation bolts are required. Called the store again 14 Apr 2023, but they hadn't got back to me in a couple of days". Called them again today

Helensvale outlet. Bad, bad experience! Went shopping to purchase a washing machine. The salesperson had no interest in helping us. Really abrupt. No empathy. Every washing machine we liked was out of stock! We asked can you do deal or at least take $50 off the price of one they had in stock and of course a whole lot more expensive. He said no in a very rude manner! We purchased a dishwasher only one week prior. We were told to sign up and there would be bonus cash to use on the next purchase. Guess what not a dollar! Be careful if you’re considering purchasing from this mob. Go straight to JB Hi Fi. Smart and friendly service and products in stock. Stay clear of this outlet.

Had a great experience shopping at Good Guys Helensvale Homeworld. Norma was amazing she worked really hard to help me replace existing appliances in my home. It wasn’t easy to find sizes but Norma was so helpful and went the extra mile to find them! Her communication skills were brilliant and she made the whole experience easy. Thank you so much.

Today we went to this store to get a washer machine ASKO. A woman served us and very strange. When we knew they can’t hold it until August, we wanna buy this machine online. She became very rude and said “I tell you all about it and you want to purchase it online. Why can’t I get this deal “We were so shocked and upset. We will never forget her attitude and never visit The Goodguys

Purchased an oven online for my rental property. Gets delivered on time ✅ then the real fun starts with home services for the install. First tradie doesn’t turn up at all, no communication nothing, no follow up from home services. Next tradie books install 2 months in the future. We’re currently on our 3/4th booking date. The service is broken, the tradies are unreliable. Sorry Good Guys but this is your service that you promoted that I paid you for and it’s absolutely shocking.

I am currently trying to get my faulty Chiq fridge collected, it’s been over 3 weeks since I had to block out a day to be at home for it to be (not)collected. I received a text message from the delivery people that read ‘Hi,! Great news, your appliance will be delivered in approximately.Click on the link to track the driver in real time.’There was no link to click on and then I got a call from a driver who said he was nearly at my house. All I can say is, the few words he spoke to me I assumed he was in no shape to be driving or lifting heavy objects and would not be turning up.Again I’ve blocked out my Saturday but didn’t get the text last night to confirm the 3hr window for today. Currently waiting on someone to call me back yet again about another future day to waste waiting for collection.I can’t get refunded until the fridge is collected and obviously had to buy another fridge due to the faulty one keeping things luke warm or Antarctic conditions.Every time I call the good guys they are always super friendly and try to help (which is fantastic because I’m on the verge of losing my mind and I really don’t want to be replayed in trainings on how to deal with a psycho customer).I vote that they change the delivery company asap so we aren’t all wasting our precious time and cancelling plans to wait for cryptic texts and no shows.

Bought a washing machine from The Good Guys Helensvale, great service from salesperson. That's when my nightmares began. Paid to have old washing machine taken away and new 1 installed however hoses were cross threaded by deliverers and flooding occurred causing damage to 2 floors. Wrote to the Good Guys and sent photos of damage as well as invoice for plumbing service. Haven't even been acknowledged

I have concierge service on my dyson v10 and in the past had no issues. I recently took it in to be serviced with my extended warranty. This is when my nightmare began i dropped it off at the good guys and in the past they sent it directly to dyson it was fixed and mailed back. This time after a couple of weeks i was told i have to come and get it and post it myself to dyson. I will be posting it in the next day or two and we shall see what happens next
